About Partnership Community Education Center
Partnership Community Education Center, located in downtown Appleton, opened in 2014 and assists clients with insurance enrollment through BadgerCare and the federal marketplace. Additionally, they offer programs to low-income residents to help them budget for their health care costs and teach them how to navigate insurance.
