Two staff members of the National Farm Medicine Center (NFMC) became official Friend of Rural Health Initiative (RHI) – Marathon today. Director Dr. Matt Keifer (pictured below with RHI Executive Director Rhonda Strebel) and Community Outreach Trainer Yurony Ninco Sanchez voluntarily demonstrated support of RHI following a collaborative meeting this morning at Marshfield Clinic Weston Center (Weston, WI).  Both programs share a focus on the health and safety of farmers. Friend of RHI is a 2015 awareness campaign aimed at making 1,000 Friends per service area, including Marathon, Waupaca, Outagamie, and Shawano counties.
