Rural Health Initiative (RHI) is now an accepted organization for the Thrivent Choice, a program offered by Thrivent Financial that allows qualified members part of the decision-making process of Thrivent’s charitable outreach funds. Eligible Thrivent members receive Choice Dollars, money that can be given to enrolled organizations of his/her choice. Once a member selects an organization, Thrivent sends a check to the organization on behalf of the member.

All enrolled organization must meet certain requirements (which includes being a non-profit, recommended by a Thrivent Choice member, and approved by the Thrivent Financial). RHI met all requirements and was accepted as an enrolled organization in March 2015.
