Cattle Feeder Clinic_Bear Creek_2016-02-23The Rural Health Initiative is offering free, preventive health screenings from 8:00 – 10:00a, immediately prior to the 2016  Cattle Feeder Clinic. Screenings will finish up before the farm tour starting at 10:30a.

FREE Rural Health Initiative Preventive Health Screenings  (prior to 2016 Cattle Feeder Clinic)

Where:     Deer Creek Town Hall: W9698 County Road F, Bear Creek, WI

Screenings are complimentaryconfidential, on-site (convenient), last about 20 minutes per person, and you’ll receive immediate results of your cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI).

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today. Call Alissa at 920-574-0141 or click HERE to email her to schedule your screening. Participants must work within, or be retired from, the agricultural industry to be eligible.

Fasting is REQUIRED for accurate results. Avoid eating or drinking anything except water and prescription medications ordered by your doctor for at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled time.
