Today (Monday, June 6th) is the t-shirt guarantee deadline for the upcoming Choose to Move 5K on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at K & T Dairy farm in Freedom, Wisconsin.

It’s also the last day to take advantage of the $25 (adults) and $15 (youth) registration fee. Fees increase by $5.00 starting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 7, 2016.

Registration must be received (online or via mail) no later than midnight tonight to receive the desired t-shirt size. If the registration is received after the deadline, the t-shirt and/or size will depend on availability. Available T-shirt sizes include adult small (S), medium (M), large (L), XL, and XXL.

Registration is open online through Friday, June 10, 2016. In-person registration is available at K & T Dairy on Saturday, June 11th from 2:00 – 4:00pm and Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 6:00 – 6:30am.
